- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce (low-sodium if possible)
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon of fresh or dried parseley
- pinch of salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the marinade and add the steak in to marinate for around 1-6 hours minutes. Reserve the marinade for later.
After cooking the beef, use the marinade to make a sauce by cooking in a small pot on stove at high heat for 5-7 minutes.
Serve warm as a sauce, along with the meat.
