Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce (low-sodium if possible)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of onion flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon of fresh or dried parseley
  • pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the marinade and add the steak in to marinate for around 1-6 hours minutes. Reserve the marinade for later.
  • After cooking the beef, use the marinade to make a sauce by cooking in a small pot on stove at high heat for 5-7 minutes.
  • Serve warm as a sauce, along with the meat.
