Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium-sized avocados
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2-3 leaves of chopped fresh cilantro
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Using a sharp knife, cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  • Remove the skin of the avocados and place the skinless fleshy parts into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the lemon juice to the bowl.
  • Use a fork or masher to mash up the avocado until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Chop the onion and cilantro and add to the mixture.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix in.
  • Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and save in the fridge to serve later.

Notes

Guacamole tends to turn color rather quickly, so don't prepare it more than 2-3 hours in advance.
