Ham and Zucchini casserole
This zucchini (courgette), ham and cheese recipe makes it so easy to get those veggies in.

- 3 medium-large zucchinis (courgettes)
- 5-6 slices of ham
- 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheese emmental, cheddar, etc.
- pinch of salt and pepper
Wash and cut the zucchinis into thin slices.
Sprinkle the zucchinis with salt and pepper.
Chop the ham into small pieces.
Add the sliced zucchinis, ham and shredded into the baking dish in layers.
Preheat the oven at 430°F (220°C).
Sprinkle the pan with parmesan cheese.
Place in the oven for around 45 minutes until the top layer looks golden brown.
Serve while warm.
