Italian beef and spinach pizza

- 1 pizza crust base
- 1/4 lb of minced beef (100 g)
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 50 g of mozzarella
Pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of ricotta
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- pinch of salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C).
Spread the pizza crust dough in a baking pan and lightly fold the corners to avoid sauce overflow.
In a large wok, cook the minced meat until it is no longer red.
Add the spinach to the wok, and let the minced beef and spinach mix for one minute. Then take off stove.
In a mixing bowl, mix in the greek yogurt and ricotta with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder and blend well.
Spread some of the cream mixture onto the pizza base.
Spread beef and spinach across the pizza.
Place the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes until the dough rises halfway.
Remove from the oven, and add the mozzarella cheese.
Place the pizza back in the oven for 10 minutes or until it looks cooked.
Serve while warm.
