Italian beef and spinach pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza crust base
  • 1/4 lb of minced beef (100 g)
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • 50 g of mozzarella

Pizza sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of ricotta
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C).
  • Spread the pizza crust dough in a baking pan and lightly fold the corners to avoid sauce overflow.
  • In a large wok, cook the minced meat until it is no longer red.
  • Add the spinach to the wok, and let the minced beef and spinach mix for one minute. Then take off stove.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix in the greek yogurt and ricotta with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder and blend well.
  • Spread some of the cream mixture onto the pizza base.
  • Spread beef and spinach across the pizza.
  • Place the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes until the dough rises halfway.
  • Remove from the oven, and add the mozzarella cheese.
  • Place the pizza back in the oven for 10 minutes or until it looks cooked.
  • Serve while warm.
