Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup of low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, peanut butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, and rice vinegar together to make the sauce.
  • Whisk fully to combine.
  • If you would like it to be thinner, add a couple of tablespoons of water.
  • Serve at room temperature.
