Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried shallot flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a large spoon or whisk.
  • Taste and adjust with salt and pepper as necessary.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

If you intend to make this tahini yogurt dressing in advance, keep it in the fridge until ready to serve.
