1. What to serve it with?

How to store it?
This tahini yogurt dressing can easily can be made in advance and stored for at least a few days. I would recommend keeping it in the fridge for a few days or so, in an airtight glass container for maximum freshness.
Tahini Yogurt dressing
- 1 cup of greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried shallot flakes
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- pinch of salt and pepper
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a large spoon or whisk.
- Taste and adjust with salt and pepper as necessary.
- Serve immediately.
