Lamb stew in the Instant pot

![]() | 2 cups of beef liquid stock or you can use beef cube stock in water |

![]() | 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to thicken the sauce |
How to make this lamb stew
- Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot, except the flour, then set to High Pressure for 1 hour.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes once cooking time ends.
- Mix the flour with 1 tablespoon of water to create a slurry, then stir it into the Instant Pot.
- Press Sauté and cook for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Let the lamb stew rest on Keep Warm for 10 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve warm.
