Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium-large zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated cheese eg. emmental, cheddar, gruyère, parmesan, etc.
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the zucchinis into small quarters.
  • Put the chopped zucchinis into a large bowl along with the vegetable oil.
  • Toss around so that the oil lightly covers the zucchinis.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Add the rest of the ingredients (except the cheese) into the bowl and mix so that the spices and breadcrumbs cover the zucchinis.
  • Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the cheese on top at the end of the 5 minutes, and continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until it reaches desired texture and crispiness.
