Air fryer rump steak
Rump steak can be cooked easily in the air fryer, with this delicious recipe that makes a wonderful center piece of any dinner.

1.1 lb rump steak (500 g) 1 teaspoon of garlic powder pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Rub the beef generously with the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow it to marinate.
When ready to cook, preheat the air fryer for 340°F (170°C).
Place the roast beef in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes*, turning it about every 5 minutes.
Remove the roast beef from the air fryer and cover the dish with tin foil or a lid to let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Move the rump steak to a serving plate and serve warm or cold.
Depending on how well done you like your rump steak, you can use the following cooking times:
Rare - cook for 15 minutes
Medium-rare - cook 17 minutes
Medium - cook 19 minutes
