How to make these cheese muffins
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the butter in a large microwave-safe bowl.
- Whisk in the milk and eggs using a mixer until fully combined.
- Add flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder, then mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients, along with the cheese and olive oil, until evenly distributed.
- Grease a muffin tray with butter or olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin tray, filling each section evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C (350°F), until the tops are lightly golden.
