Here’s your method cleaned up and tightened so it actually flows properly:
Goat Cheese Filo Triangles
- Mix all the ingredients for the Greek yogurt sauce in a bowl using a spoon or whisk. Set aside.
- Cut the filo pastry into 4 equal strips.
- Brush one strip lightly with oil on one side.
- Place about ½ teaspoon of sauce and a coin-sized piece of goat cheese in the bottom right corner of the strip.
- Fold the bottom right corner diagonally to the left to form a triangle.
- Fold the triangle upward, then over again, continuing to fold until you reach the end of the strip.
- Tuck in any remaining pastry to seal the triangle.
- Repeat with the remaining strips.
- Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the triangles on a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Check for crispness (they should be lightly golden and firm).
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.

The smooth goat cheese pairs perfectly with garlic greek yogurt sauce, creating a filling that’s both savory and unique.
Wrapped in delicate pastry, they can be cooked on stove top, but I prefer to bake them in the oven or air fryer.
