OilVegetable oil with a high smoking point like avocado, sunflower, or peanut oil.
EggEggs – to bind the breadcrumbs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh green beans
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 10 cl very cold sparkling water eg perrier
  • 1 raw egg
  • 1 l vegetable oil Peanut, avocado, or canola oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the egg, sparkling water and salt.
  • Add the flour and cornstarch, stirring with a whisk. The mixture should be very smooth.
  • Heat the oil in a deep fry casserole or deep fryer.
  • Mix the green beans in the batter, and then gently lower them into the frying oil.
  • Cook for about 3 minutes, or until they turn a nice golden color.
  • Remove from the fryer and place on paper towels on a plate.
  • Serve while warm.

How to store it?

You can prepare air fryer green beans in advance, and leave them in the fridge. When ready to eat, just put them back in the oven at 380°F (190°C) for 5 minutes to make them crispy again.
