What to serve with it?

You can serve these delicious cheesy pork chops with a side dish like these sarladaise potatoes with mushrooms and peas or these air fryer garlic eggplant (aubergine) fries.

plate and cutlery

How to store it?

Unfortunately the cheese will dry out if you try to store it cooked. I suggest cooking the pork chops and veggies separately without the cheese and then cooking the cheese on top when ready to serve.

Keep everything in airtight glass containers until ready to eat, so that it doesn’t dry out.
