How to cook pork ribs in the air fryer
- Combine the spices in a large bowl.
- Coat the pork ribs thoroughly with the spice mixture, rubbing it into all sides.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 35 minutes, turning every 10 minutes to ensure even browning. (Cook in batches if needed—overcrowding ruins the crisp factor.)
