thin pork chops ready to bake in the oven

These baked thin pork chops have been coated in a delicious mix of spices and herbs and then baked in the oven for around 20 minutes.

You will want to make sure that you don’t over cook them, depending on the thickness of the pork chops. I’m using pork chops around 1/2 inch thick, so you can adjust the time if your pork chops are thicker. (You can measure with a thermometer to check that the pork’s internal temperature is at 145°F or 63°C).

The oven gives a crispy, golden outer layer, a perfect complement to the juiciness within. If you want, you can also use an air fryer to cook thin pork chops, and the result is just as good.

With minimal cleanup and quick cooking times, this is one dish whose status as a family favorite makes it a go-to option for all occasions!
